Previous technical experience working in the laboratory in the biotech field.
Previous experience working with cells, biomaterials, tissue engineering.
Previous experience in Bioprinting.
Minimum of Masters of Science degree in a relevant field, such as Cell biology, Molecular biology, Biomedical Engineering, Biomaterials, Chemical Engineering, 3D bioprinting or Sales Related related fields.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite or Open Office.
Proficient in English
Able to work autonomously.

Our new Application and Sales Specialist will need to keep pace with a rapidly growing biofabrication field to better work with our customer clientele and ensure a high quality of service. Ideally, the candidate is an customer-focused individual who is passionate about 3D bioprinting and eager to make a career by truly growing personally and professionally.
You will gradually learn and develop skills to:
- Work directly with the end-user and help solve their problems and advance their research.
Involvements with customers will include introducing new users, troubleshooting issues and research support.
- Keep track of new market and end-user trends and recommendations for improvements.
- Build the Illumigel brand through customer communication, training, organize workshops, and do live demonstrations for potential and new users
